We had a mixed experience at the Ona Valle Romano. While the accommodations were spacious and the views from the balcony were stunning, our happiness was overshadowed by the service issues. The staff at reception was often unhelpful, leading to frustrating interactions regarding room placements for our wedding guests. Although the apartment size was perfect for our group, the lack of eating options on-site and the need for better staff training made our stay less enjoyable.
